I have used the 3BaysGSA and it is great for tempo training and comparisons for swing shape. U must secure the unit in the butt of the club or else the numbers can be a bit crazy. It is a great price for what it is. Trackman is the best but the cost is out of the roof. Your numbers are the numbers that create your best shot. Then u save those swings and compare. Fast to get your swing back in tempo
